After many intentional and sometimes difficult conversations, Marauders RFC will be merging with Boulder RFC.

This decision was not made lightly. It was made with the respect for the past, with transparency among leadership, and with one central question in mind: What is best for rugby in our community and for the growth of our players?

The Marauders have always been more than a name. We represent early mornings, long trainings, hard-fought matches, and a brotherhood built through adversity. We built something meaningful together - something that mattered. That legacy does not disappear with a merger. It carries forward in every player, every standard we set, and every lesson we learned.

There is a sentimental weight to this moment. Change always brings reflection. But it also brings opportunity.

By joining forces with Boulder RFC we strengthen the future of rugby in the community. We create deeper competition, more development opportunities, and a stronger platform for our athletes to grow - not just as players, but as leaders.
